The General Wine & Liquor Company is an independent, family-owned wine and spirits merchant with a passion for exceptional products and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our Head Office team in Liphook.
This role is central to our business – you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and inbound queries, supporting our trade sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience from order through to delivery.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first line of support for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Support the sales team with order processing, stock checks, and proactive customer communication.
  • Ensure all customers receive exceptional service, with a friendly and professional approach at all times.
  • Handle queries efficiently and proactively resolve issues.
  • Contribute to improving processes and customer experience across the business.
