Description
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp, in-app chat, and ticketing tools.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently using ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Process orders, coordinate with the logistics team, and ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Preference for candidates with previous experience in the laundry industry.
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per mont
