We are looking for a Social Media Comment Moderator for a Beauty Company based in the US. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, delete, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social platforms to maintain a positive brand presence and engage customers effectively.
  • Responses should be clear, professional, caring, and prompt. Additionally, the moderator
  • Will post stories and feed updates periodically using content created by the Ad Creative Editor.

80% of the time in this role will be focused on responding to comments, as they often receive over 100 (sometimes 100s) of comments per day on their ads and organic platforms. The remaining 20% will be dedicated to specific projects at times, such as reaching out to everyone who has DM’d them in the past six months to invite them to become an affiliate for the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong written communication skills with a friendly, empathetic tone.
  • Quick to respond and handle a high volume of interactions efficiently.
  • Familiarity with all major social media platforms and ability to represent the brand voice consistently.
  • Detail-oriented and able to spot opportunities to promote the brand or address customer concerns proactively.
  • Excellent English skills
  • this position requires availability 7 days a week, as comment moderation is needed daily.
  • Open to the candidate working in their own timezone as long as coverage is maintained every day.
