Customer support for online banking (m/f/d/x)

Location: Karlsruhe (Baden) Employment type(s): Part-time - flexible, Full-time, Weekend Working hours: 20 - 40 hours per week

Your to-do list

• Your main task is to receive and process service calls for customers of partner companies.
• You verify callers, help them use the system, and solve any problems they may have.
• Everything you do is documented in the ticketing system.
• You also support customers with online banking.
• When customers have technical problems with payment systems, you're there to help.

Your qualifications:

• Completed training or relevant experience in a commercial profession is required.
• Experience and knowledge in online banking are an advantage.
• You enjoy working with customers and are solution-oriented.
• You are distinguished by your excellent communication skills and social competence.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends is required.
