JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated 1st line Helpdesk Support professional to join this great company and IT team.
This role is essential in providing basic first line assistance assistance and support to the companies internal and external users, eg ‘turn it off and on again’, ‘let me unlock your account’ ‘sorry about that not working, let me take the details and pass it on to the IT team for resolution’ etc - ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively where you can, or passed on to the IT team.
The ideal candidate will possess good English verbal and written communication skills and a be a great customer-oriented attitude being polite and friendly, along with great listening skills and data capture and entry skills for creating tickets where needed.
