Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements Handle inquiries about product orders, payments and/or deliveries, as well as customer complaints Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication Exchanging ideas and solutions with your colleagues! What You Bring Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish, and good English language skills as well.
