Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of the patient intake process, including referrals, registration, and initial appointments. Manage scheduling for patients and clinical staff to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction. Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and ensure financial documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain and update patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Serve as the main administrative contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on next steps. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care and timely service delivery. Monitor patient progress through the care process and assist with follow-up coordination as needed. Support compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards in all patient interactions and recordkeeping. At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Campaign Must have experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good verbal and written English skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to adapt to evolving workflows and systems Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift What can we offer you?
