Description
A medical project is looking for a Customer Support Manager to assist with processing financial information related to patients' stays in hospitals in the United States. The role is similar to that of a medical support specialist but with a stronger focus on finances and documentation. What You Will Do: Enter patient information into the internal system; Verify patients’ insurance conditions; Collect financial information: bills, assets, cash flow; Prepare and send invoices to insurance companies in the U.S.; Track incoming payments; Communicate with representatives of medical institutions and insurance companies by phone (calls to the U.S.). What We Value: High level of spoken English (especially live conversation experience); Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and responsibility; Experience in customer support, working with documents, or finances is a plus; Work schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (aligned with U.S. time); Format: on-site work in our Lviv office.
