Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • Leading and mentoring a small team of customer service professionals
  • Managing customer orders, data, and pricing through SAP
  • Participating in S&OP meetings, managing new customers, price increases, managing master data
  • Resolving escalated service issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Collaborating with planning, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Driving improvements in our customer portal and service systems
  • Supporting sales operations, production, warehousing to achieve forecast
