ACH Group are currently recruiting a fulltime Customer Care Support Officer role based in Elizabeth, in our community services team. This role will see you providing support and enhancing customer wellbeing.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

ACH Group has a full time Customer Care Support Officer role available to provide support that enhances the quality of life of our customers based in our Northern Community Hub at Healthia.
In this role you will provide strong support to the Home Care Package team, to assist them with providing the support that enables customers to stay healthy and independent whilst remaining in their home.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Maintain contracts and billing
  • Complete documentation
  • Supporting the customer onboarding process
  • Undertake procurement activities
  • Contribute to quality and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Liaise with varied internal and external stakeholders
    About You!

You want to make the most of your expertise by contributing to a team where your work will make a difference to an older person living in the community.

  • Demonstrated experience in an administration or support role
  • Strong documentation skills with intermediate/advanced computer literacy (such as the MS Office Suite and ability to use a range of databases).
  • Experience that demonstrates strong collaboration with team members
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

You will need

  • Hold a current driver’s licence that complies with Australian licencing laws and regulations
  • To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.
