Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to join our Property & Land Development team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for our Property & Land Development customers, you’ll provide high-quality support across a wide range of enquiries. Whether it’s over the phone, via email, face-to-face, or through our Pulse system, you’ll offer expert guidance and accurate information to ensure customers are well-informed and supported throughout their development journey.

You’ll handle a diverse mix of queries, including but not limited to:

  • Connection and development enquiries via phone, email, face-to-face, and Pulse Cases
  • Asset and property sewerage plan information
  • Dial Before You Dig requests
  • Tapping bookings and meter installation enquiries
  • Service connection queries for potable water, recycled water, and sewerage
  • Sewer Backlog and ECO Connection Program support
  • Build-over asset enquiries
  • Preliminary advice on subdivisions, developments, and asset protection
  • Interpretation and communication of South East Water’s policies and servicing guidelines
