Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have a great opportunity for a Customer Support Officer to join our team in a casual role, based in our Cremorne head office.
Supporting our brand, you will deliver a positive and responsive service experience with every customer interaction that assists in building customer loyalty. As a true ambassador for Sportsgirl and business, your strong customer service focused approach, proactive and responsive nature and problem solving abilities will support your success in this role and help you think on your feet during our busy periods.
This casual opportunity will require availability throughout the week, Monday to Friday during office hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing great customer service as direct first point of contact for customer telephone and email enquiries
  • Build customer loyalty by creating a positive and responsive service experience with every customer interaction
  • Resolve customer enquiries as first point of contact
  • Ensure all required reports are completed accurately and within specified timelines
  • Develop effective relationships with internal customers and stores
