About the Role
This role exists within Fulfilment and Servicing to deliver exceptional customer service to our existing customer network in the Home Loan Maintenance Team. The Home Loan Maintenance Team handles the timely completion of Home Loan Variation and Maintenance matters for our existing lending customer base.
AS A CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER, YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
High attention to detail with regards to data quality, making sure that first time execution is a focus when completing all tasks
Advanced communication skills both verbal and written for team, department or external, conveying this coherently and confidently
Timely actioning and completion of tasks to meet agreed service level agreement
Completion of regulatory and company compliance through computer-based training courses being completed on time
Identify case management initiatives as required, develop and then communicate to team
Embrace Suncorp Bank Compass and culture and demonstrate these behaviours consistently
Support Banking in projects and deliverables
Develop and foster an environment and team culture
Drive a positive risk and governance culture.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong industry experience - Desired
Demonstrable experience with operational processes and systems (e.g. CBP, Hogan, Sunlink, Allfi etc) – Desired
Experience in roles requiring high levels of detail attention and risk
Experience dealing with stakeholders both internal and external
Customer Service experience (Store or Contact Centre)
