About the Team We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. Currently we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Operator. As a Customer Support Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer inquiries. Working schedule: 2/2 shift pattern: two consecutive day shifts (10:00 AM–10:00 PM, GMT+3), followed by two days off, then two consecutive night shifts (10:00 PM–10:00 AM, GMT+3). \n Tasks Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls); Provide accurate information about the products of the company; Resolve cases in timely and professional manner; Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager; Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager. Requirements Fluency in Portuguese and English languages both written and verbal; Previous experience on a similar position would be considerate as an advantage; Customer focus personality; Great communication and analytical skills.
