Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, home healthcare, aesthetics or concierge services is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple enquiries and leads simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working towards conversion targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• .2–4 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, call center, reception handling, inside sales, healthcare coordination, wellness, hospitality or a similar client-facing role.
• Professional, confident and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses and operations teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information.
