CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE – BRISBANE

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Tait Asia Pacific team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers and distributors receive outstanding service, while also supporting our sales team and contributing to the success of our business.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be joining a passionate and supportive operations team in our region, and we’re looking for someone who can bring:

  • Experience with customer order processing, ideally using SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • Confidence with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • A background in Customer Service or Logistics, with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with customers and stakeholders.

It would be an advantage if you’ve worked in the radio or critical communications industry, enjoy learning new systems, or speak another language from the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities

As a CSR, you’ll be the link between our customers, distributors, and internal teams. From processing and tracking orders through to delivery & invoicing, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and that communication is clear at every stage. You’ll also respond to customer queries, support the sales team with day-to-day needs, and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to make sure our customers get the best possible service.
