We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Tait Asia Pacific team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers and distributors receive outstanding service, while also supporting our sales team and contributing to the success of our business.

As a CSR, you’ll be the link between our customers, distributors, and internal teams. From processing and tracking orders through to delivery & invoicing, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and that communication is clear at every stage. You’ll also respond to customer queries, support the sales team with day-to-day needs, and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to make sure our customers get the best possible service.
