Responsibilities

THE ROLE

At Checkpoint One, an outstanding customer experience is our guiding principle. As the initial point of contact for our customers, you will be the friendly and professional voice of our brands, responsible for processing orders, managing detailed sales inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
In this role, you will directly engage with customers, distribution centers, and shipping partners through email, phone, live chat, and social media. As a brand ambassador, you will strive to exceed our customers’ expectations in every interaction.
Additionally, you will collaborate with our product and marketing teams to share valuable customer feedback, helping to enhance our product lines and overall customer experience for our leading brands, such as t-shirt.ca, blankclothing.ca, and safetwear.ca.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Managing assigned brand omni-channel contact via email, phone, and chat
  • Responding to inbound inquiries, providing efficient product, service, delivery, payment, and sales support to our customers and distribution partners
  • Proactively resolving customer issues by identifying problems, recognizing emerging trends, and taking ownership of solutions
  • Sharing customer feedback to enhance our brands and improve the customer experience
  • Engaging with in-office customers in a sales or consulting capacity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Dev, Marketing, and Accounting to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and operational goals
  • Sustaining productivity levels during varying business demands
  • Additional responsibilities as required
