POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for both external customers and our sales team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:

  • Continuously expand knowledge of the company’s product offerings and services to better assist customers.
  • Leverage product expertise to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 Years proven experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or sales environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Suite, including Google Sheets.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively across multiple systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve when faced with challenging situations.
  • Experience in claims and complaint handling is strongly preferred.
