We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support / Inside Sales representative to join our Torrance, CA team for Electric Components Manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales within a manufacturing environment and be comfortable handling order entry tasks, including working with EDI systems.
In addition to supporting customers and processing orders, this role will also assist with basic accounting-related tasks—no prior accounting knowledge is required.
Strong communication skills in English are essential; Japanese language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using EDI systems and internal order entry tools.
  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone and email, including responding to inquiries and resolving order-related issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with basic accounting-related tasks, such as invoice follow-up and payment tracking (no accounting experience required).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status in company systems
