We are currently seeking qualified applicants to join our team as a Customer Support Representative at our Wolfforth Banking Center. This schedule would be Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Primary Job Functions: Answer incoming phone calls regarding customer accounts. Assisting customers with online banking needs. Operate a multi-line phone system as well as an online chat service. Relay and route written and verbal messages. Operate communication systems such as a multi-line phone Provide customer research. Provide information on DDA inquiries, savings inquiries, wire transfers and account reconciliation. Support customers through multiple channels such as, but not limited to: Phone, Fax, Mail, Email, Online Banking Messaging, Website Messaging and Synapsys Service Events. Resolve complaints and answer customer questions regarding services and procedures. Provide research information for other departments of the Bank. Recognize cross sell opportunities and offer ABC Products and Services to our customers. Confer with customers by telephone in order to provide information about their accounts, the Bank's products and services, close checking and/or savings accounts, or to obtain details of complaints. Support customers with questions regarding Internet Banking, Bill Pay and Estatements. Provide information to customers regarding Internet Banking, Telebank, Credit Advantage, overdraft protection, forgeries, Reg E Disputes and stop payments and any other service the bank offers. Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Operate computers programmed with specialized software to record, store, and analyze information. Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones and handling routine correspondence. Perform other duties as assigned by management / supervisor. Comply with all federal, state, and company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. Adhere to all relevant security responsibilities as outlined in the Bank's Information Security Program and Written Security Program. Review large dollar checks for proper signature.
