Description Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to serve as the frontline connection between our brand and our customers. This role combines customer service excellence, relationship-building, and sales support to drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-end, personalized experience. Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term Disability (STD) & Long-Term Disability (LTD) 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) In This Role, You Will Process and complete customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide in-showroom support, assisting customers with product selection and ensuring a premium experience Handle inbound phone calls, providing product information, order updates, and general support Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through the Freshdesk ticketing system in a timely manner, including product questions, order submissions, and order status updates Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a high-level customer service role Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
