As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll handle inquiries from our merchants’ customers across the Nordics, creating WOW experiences in every interaction. This part-time role is perfect for ambitious students who want to gain hands-on experience while studying. You’ll work mainly during daytime on weekdays, with the possibility of additional hours. Work toward individual and team KPIs for satisfaction, speed, and accuracy. Collaborate to improve processes and enhance customer experience. Follow a structured schedule where every day and task is clearly planned. Who We’re Looking For Fluent in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English. Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a plus. Passionate about service and customer experience in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. Comfortable shifting focus between channels and markets. Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable. Strong communicator, quick learner, confident with digital tools. Ambitious students looking to gain professional experience while studying.
