Job type: Full-time, Contract (seasonal)
Contract: from August 25 until December 19, 2025, with the possibility to extend to April 2026
Location: 8330 Chester St, Vancouver, BC V5X 3Y7
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 5:30 PM.
We seek full-time employees who can commit to the entire duration of the contract.
The expected pay range: hourly rate of $19.00

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representatives to join our Fundraising, Group Savings, and Business Gifting team based in Vancouver, BC, Chester Street.
Job Overview: In this role you will be supporting the promotion of these programs to new and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing incredible customer service and is looking to expand their customer service experience. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers over the phone, promote these programs, and work in a team environment.
