We are a dynamic and established company selling Drinking Water Filters.
We are seeking a customer focused, detail orientated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer service Representative.
You will be required to work with new and established customers, with enquiries over the telephone, email as well as face to face.
No two days are the same in this customer service role!
The role is 5 days per week, including Saturday.

You will be responsible for:

• Sales Support. Engaging with customers, understanding their needs and providing the best product recommendations.
• Customer Service. Delivering exceptional customer service to both new and exsiting customers to ensure the best customer experience.
• Administrative Tasks. Maintaining customer records, order processing, assist the team with email correspondence and diary management.
• Team Collaboration. Work closely with your team across departments to ensure smooth operations.
