We are looking for our next Customer Support Representative to join our European Support Team. You'll work alongside fun, energetic colleagues and you'll be responsible for converting customers into passionate SuperOffice evangelists. We are looking for someone to support our Swedish speaking customers, so speaking Swedish is a requirement for this role. 💼 Your Role: Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Cross collaborate with our internal departments to meet customers' needs Master the Costumer Service module of SuperOffice and actively use additional programs for identifying and resolving customer’s challenges faster ⭐️ Your Superpowers: At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Fluency in both English and Swedish 🤝 What do we offer: Opportunities for professional growth and development A collaborative culture that values creativity and innovation 1200 - 1800 EUR net monthly (upper range available for technical candidates) A workplace culture that values creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.
