POSITION OVERVIEW:

You’ll be responsible for responding to inbound calls from our valued customers, providing support for our range of products, including quilting frames, machines, software, and accessories. This role is perfect for someone with a technical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting and is comfortable learning new software applications.
