CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE – B2B / INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS

Wilmington, MA | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote after training)
$55,000–$65,000 base + 5% bonus | Full-Time, Permanent

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, independently owned sales and service center that is seeking candidates with 1-3 years of B2B customer service, inside sales, or order management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and electronic ordering systems (EDI, e-Store) regarding quotes, order entry, delivery timelines, and stock availability
  • Develop deep product knowledge of the organization’s valves, fittings, and other industrial components
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly while maintaining professionalism and customer trust
  • Partner closely with the sales team to fulfill complex customer needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation for orders, quotes, certifications, and customer records
  • Track and report on order entry errors and any service issues to drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for select high-priority accounts
