Position Summary
The IAM (Independent Aftermarket Market) includes a team of people each assisting our clients within their allocated country. We are now looking to appoint an ambitious and motivated person to join a well-established and high performing Customer Support team. Our client will rely on this candidate for assistance in the smooth running of PSA related queries. This is an amazing opportunity for an individual who can speak impeccable English and French.

Job Duties

  • Returning orders to the Manufacturer
  • Liaising with supplier Hubs
  • Assisting in claims when damaged parts are delivered
  • Parts Technical identification queries
  • Tracking undelivered/back ordered parts
  • Other customer support queries
  • Order Processing
  • Inbound / outbound call activities
  • Brand awareness calls
  • Customer service calls

Experience required

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Willing to learn and take on new challenges
  • Parts experience would be desirable
  • Positive personality who will fit into a young and vibrant team
  • IT Skills – ideally experience in SAP, Excel and Outlook
  • Zendesk Experience or other support ticketing platform (desirable)
  • Fluent French and English speaker
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload

This is a hybrid role, working from home and at the OEC office in Newbury 2 days a week.
