This is a remote position. Paid hours per week: 37.5 hours Job Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team and handle their customer calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities: Responsibilities ● Act as the remote doorman for buildings to log package deliveries, let the courier into the building remotely and make sure they place the packages in the designated area. ● Interact with vendors and visitors, providing top-notch customer service, while moving through each call quickly. ● Engage with customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services. ● Confirm or clarify information and diffuse angry clients, as needed. ● Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. ● Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in a high-volume production environment Requirements Requirements ● 1+ years of experience in a call center environment. ● 4+ years of experience in handling high-profile voice accounts is a MUST. ● Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Proficient in conversational and written English. ● Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills. ● Able to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking quickly and making sure to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ● Coachable, Punctual, Assertive, and Diligent. Technical Requirements (Laptop/Desktop): ● 100mpbs or higher is REQUIRED. Must be able to pass an Internet Speed Test. ● Windows OS Processor: Intel i3 - 6th Generation/Ryzen 5 - 3rd Generation ● Mac OS Processor: Intel i5 - 6th Generation ● RAM: 8GB and up ● Operating System: Windows 10/Catalina and Up Only
