  • Customer Support Services leads customer service teams to ensure efficient resolution of inquiries across multiple channels while maintaining standards and goals. Responsibilities include managing personnel, driving workforce management best practices, enhancing customer satisfaction, collaborating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Requires strong customer service experience, with experience in payroll, HR, or benefits and communication skills. Knowledge of PEO products, contact center technologies, and workforce management is a plus. The role requires adaptability, analytical thinking, and a commitment to service excellence.
