We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Guest Liaison & Social Media Manager. About the Role: In this hybrid role, you’ll be the friendly face guests remember and the voice they hear online. You’ll support the Guest Liaison Manager with daily guest interactions also create engaging content that reflects our brand’s personality and values.

Responsibilities: Guest Liaison Duties:

  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm, positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet guest needs and special requests.
  • Help maintain a polished, professional front-of-house experience.
  • Diverse work role supporting Front of house where required.
