Key Responsibilities Frontline troubleshooting of issues for our entire customer base Fluently communicate with customers to uncover and assist in solving issues Contribute FAQ’s to our knowledge base Capturing and reporting of bugs to the engineering team Own first line communication with our users providing a great experience Provide live demonstrations and tutorials to users Requirements Have worked with HTML or another similar programming language Ability to have a minimum 4 hour overlap with the PST timezone High proficiency in English both spoken and written Ability to work cross functionally with multiple ongoing deadlines Experience working with ticketing platforms Nice to haves Experience with Regex and Xpath Have worked with Javascript JQ, or have relevant front end web development experience Prior experience with web scraping tools Experience with Intercom and Notion a plus
