JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Specialist to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Cantonese) are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques and sales strategies is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
