We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist.

A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, file management, and document preparation
  • Assist in researching payment issues, pulling documentation records and working with the customer?s accounting team to find resolution
  • Offer administrative support to the accident management team, including documentation and communication with relevant parties
  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails and inquiries related to orders, ensuring prompt and effective communication and escalation to the appropriate account coordinator
  • Collaborate with project teams by assisting in organizing and documenting project-related activities
  • Be open to learning and assisting in different areas of the company as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Create and update customer care records, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution tracking
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally, address customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to enhance overall satisfaction

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a ?Driver? as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
  • Valid driver?s license
  • Acceptable driving record (Adrian Steel authorized)

EDUCATION / SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:

  • High School Diploma / GED preferred
  • Additional education or training in administrative or customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email, and Calendar applications)
  • Previous accounts receivable experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
