We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our customers enjoy a smooth, professional, and positive experience throughout their solar journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about our products, services, and installation process.
  • Manage customer concerns and service requests with empathy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, installers, and admin staff to ensure customers are kept informed and updated.
  • Process customer documentation, contracts, and warranty registrations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems.
  • Proactively follow up with customers after installation to confirm satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer service, support, or call centre role (essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Proven track record in handling escalations and resolving customer issues.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy with CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is highly desirable.
