Customer Order Management Specialist 💵 $22.50/hour • 📍 On-site • 🕒 Mon–Fri, 6 AM–6 PM MST (flexible schedule required) About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support order management and purchase order processing. What You’ll Do Support customers via phone, chat, and email while managing order entry, updates, product questions, pricing, shipping, availability, and releasing order holds. Enter orders accurately into the system and capture/track sales leads. What You Need Experience & Skills: 1–2+ years in customer service or order management, strong attention to detail, technically inclined, proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Mindset: Coachable, patient, open to learning, able to multitask, and holds a high school diploma or GED. Preferred: Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree, Salesforce or Oracle experience, bilingual (Spanish/French), or tech‑savvy backgrounds (gamers, Geek Squad, computer hobbyists). Work Environment Fully onsite Monday-Friday between 6am - 6pm MST, must be available to work any shift between these hours of operation Onsite cafeteria + ice cream machine 🍦 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.
