As a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/x) your mission is to manage and deliver orders for satellite imagery and other geospatial data, help customers use and understand our products and ensure a reliable and positive experience. The key to success in this role is efficiency, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, while paying attention to details. Proactive attitude towards achieving your goals and the ability to understand and empathize with the customers will make you the exact candidate we are looking for!
