Job Description DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain respectful and collaborative relationships with clients through responsiveness, expertise and awesome customer service Learn the inner workings of a member-management SaaS platform Troubleshoot and resolve client reported issues Train clients on how to best use a highly configurable platform Provide reporting to clients on the status of support cases Work with the Product Development team to address bugs and advance the product Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Experience: High school diploma or its equivalent Requires 1-2 years of customer service experience Experience in a call-center environment preferred Relevant work experience preferred We are looking for the best of the best product support professionals who have demonstrated success in customer service and technical support and possess the skills to excel in our dynamic environment.
