1.
Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
2.
Assists in coordinating district-wide training, workshops, and support groups to assist personnel in specific application and use of adopted instructional and administrative technology for the purpose of developing and providing access to technology tools and resources supporting the instructional improvement process.
3.
Assists in developing instructional materials for training and reference purposes; assists in creating user support documentation for district applications for the purpose of implementing key initiatives associated with the district’s strategic Technology Blueprint.
4.
Attends various district meetings for the purpose of communications and/or gathering information to actively work to build healthy partnerships throughout the district to better serve our customers in meeting their business objectives.
5.
Develops and maintains reports in the various district database-oriented systems and provides assistance to personnel and groups in report writing for the purpose of providing exceptional customer service that exceeds their expectations.
6.
Assists users with a variety of computer software, hardware, and networking concerns; answers a wide range of user inquiries; provides technical advice to non-technical staff at a level consistent with user’s expertise for the purpose of providing exceptional customer service that exceeds their expectations.
7.
Participates as a district resource in large-scale project implementations in providing technical support and other duties as assigned for the purpose of implementing key initiatives associated with the district’s strategic Technology Blueprint.
8.
Performs a variety of special projects related to computer technical support as assigned (e.g., designing and producing special reports, editing and layout of newsletters, revising menus, downloading data, coordinating district-wide processes, and carrying out other special assignments) for the purpose of actively working to create a Division of Information Services based on best practices to effectively accomplish the divisions and district’s strategic goals and objectives.
