Description

Natural Stone Surfaces are a leading fabricator of stone worktops. We are based in Chapel-en-le-Frith and cover the whole of the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Support Specialist based at our Head Office and working alongside our External Operations Team.
The successful candidate will build impactful relationships with customers, handling questions, comments and complaints, their ultimate goal being to provide positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships.
Serving as a point of contact with queries about products, orders and deliveries; providing responses to technical and non-technical customer queries. In addition, the job holder will provide overall support to the external operations team, who plan the daily workload nationwide, ensuring a timely and high-quality service to all.
Key responsibilities:
· Customer Support
· Return Visit activities
· Customer Feedback
· Planning Support and Appointment Confirmations
· General telephone support
· Customer Service activities
· Daily reporting
· Providing absence cover as required
Previous experience within a planning or specialist customer service role, proficient at data entry, strong communication skills and confidence with a variety of software packages are all essential attributes for this role. You must be able to build effective working relationships in a pressurised environment. Your ability to influence along with your persuasive nature will aid your success in this role; with bags of energy and enthusiasm you’ll be a confident go-getter who is passionate about delivering an exceptionally high level of customer service with a great level of confidence.
