Responsibilities
  • Building individualized project plans for each client by assessing needs and goals;
  • Providing in-depth training on Collage platform tools and features via video and phone;
  • Working to ensure maximum activation of new Collage clients;
  • Connecting across the organization to resolve questions and issues, providing a great customer experience;
  • Providing excellent customer service along with HR technology support and guidance.
