Our lean team is based in Montreal, with efficient warehouse operations in Milton, Ontario. We’re looking for someone who can maintain precision and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless order-to-delivery processes and providing exceptional service to our valued B2B clients. This role is perfect for someone who is highly disciplined, customer-focused, and has a keen sense of commercial opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the anchor: Serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B customers, expertly managing inquiries regarding orders, products, and shipments.
- Master the order flow: Accurately process sales orders and ensure all details align with customer requirements.
- Proactive Logistics Coordination: Work with our 3PL warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment and track shipments.
- Strategic Problem-Solver: Proactively identify and resolve order hurdles. This includes spotting commercial opportunities, such as collaborating with sales reps to upsell or maximize order value.
- Issue Resolution: Swiftly and effectively troubleshoot customer issues and shipping discrepancies.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer support or order desk role, ideally within B2B, FMCG, or distribution.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) that convey professionalism and clarity.
- A strong sense of discipline and meticulous attention to detail. You thrive on accuracy and organization in a dynamic setting.
- Proven ability to manage priorities effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
- A natural inclination for problem-solving with a pragmatic, creative, and commercially-aware mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM and order management systems (e.g., B2B Wave, Shopify, Spark Layer, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Fluency in English is essential. French is a definite asset.
- An understanding of the Consumer Goods Wholesale and Distribution industry is a major plus; ideally, you have prior experience within this sector.
