REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service and support role
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users, helping them resolve product-related issues, guiding them through setup and troubleshooting steps, and ensuring they receive world-class service.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and be a key part of delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide responsive and professional support to customers via email, live chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot issues related to our product or service using internal tools and documentation
  • Walk users through product features, configurations, and best practices
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 support or escalations teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the ticketing system
  • Help improve internal and external support documentation
