Remote Recruitment is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support a UK-based employer, working fully remotely from South Africa. You will be the go-to person for customers who need help, answering questions across email, chat and phone, and making sure every person walks away feeling looked after. Key responsibilities Answer customer questions across email, live chat and phone Resolve issues quickly and keep customers informed Log conversations and outcomes accurately in the system Spot recurring problems and share them with the team Work with other departments to sort more complex cases Keep help articles and saved replies up to date What you'll need Experience with customer service or support Familiarity with help desk or ticketing tools Calm, friendly problem-solving manner Clear written and spoken English A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace What's on offer Salary of R15,000–R18,000 per month, paid in ZAR A fully remote role — work from anywhere in South Africa Standard hours of 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) A friendly Remote Recruitment team behind you and a stable, long-term UK client
