Responsibilities

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to play a crucial role in addressing customer enquiries, concerns and issues effectively, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Engagement & Support and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:

  • Provide supporter care to current and prospective Learning for Life sponsors and donors
  • Initiate outbound calls to proactively build sponsor relationships and maximise sponsorship opportunities
  • Handle a range of telephone enquiries, including donations and sponsorships
  • Respond to supporter and general public enquiries received via chat or email
  • Provide general administration of team responsibilities
