About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-tier service to our valued customers. In this role, you will be the voice of UKC, assisting customers via phone, email, and online chat. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dog-loving environment, helping customers navigate our services with professionalism and care.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, M-F 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET.
