About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-tier service to our valued customers. In this role, you will be the voice of UKC, assisting customers via phone, email, and online chat. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dog-loving environment, helping customers navigate our services with professionalism and care.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, M-F 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with Customers: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance
  • Become a Product Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of UKC’s services to confidently guide customers through processes and answer their questions
  • Solve Problems: Assess customer needs, process orders, and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain Accuracy: Keep detailed and organized records through data entry and order processing tasks
