Within the group, Ormco is an orthodontics business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Native level of Dutch and fluent level of English language (C1)
  • Customer centric approach
  • Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
  • Dental experience will be an advantage
  • Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
  • Organizational skills and attention to details

Responsibilities
  • Together with your team you will be supporting Dutch speaking market
  • Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
  • Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle (ERP)
  • You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients
  • You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone
