This role involves providing high-quality customer service to a diverse client base, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective customer support to German- and English-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy. Document and track customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development. Fluency in both German and English (oral and written) is mandatory. Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using standard computer applications.
