About the role: We are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead with strong communication skills and the desire to make a difference for the customer and the company. Responsibilities
The Customer Support Team Lead will manage and develop the support team while ensuring high levels of customer service. They will also work with key resellers to maintain satisfaction and support day-to-day operations.
