You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations, from managing phone and in-person inquiries to assisting with administrative tasks. This is a full-time role and flexibility to work Sunday to Thursday is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers. What’s involved: Greet and assist customers with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or team member Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping Assist with scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining office inventory Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and efficient manner Who we’re looking for: We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. You are proactive and organised, with excellent communication skills. You’re a team player, who can adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism.
